We offer 30 day return or exchange for any item as long as it's not an custom order. The item must be sent back in the same condition as it was sent in, unworn and unharmed.

We also offer layaway, where you can put an item aside and pay it off for 6 months, after the full amount is paid, the item gets shipped out to you. The majority of insurance companies provide cover for jewellery up to £2500, any items above have to be separately insured therefore the replacement value of an item has to reflect the high street price if the customer chooses to go to another store.
