So they sent me a more expensive cross at no extra cost really nice jewellery and really good customer service.

Ordered online in lockdown and small issue with clasp and didn’t fit my wife’s pendant.
Contacted Top jewellery and they were great, very helpful, and allowed us to wait until lockdown measures allowed us to visit shop.
We found an alternative necklaces in the shop, which was great.
